5 Typefaces

Anke Hand
I like the way that this typeface imitates handwriting in a very feminine, yet slightly messy way. It's not pristine and delicate like you would expect handwriting typefaces to be. This is a sans serif typeface. It almost has a realistic quality to it, like you can see the way that the ink would have flowed out of the pen.

Georgia
This is the font that I use most often for my own personal purposes like instant messengers and emails. It's easy to read, and has a somewhat Victorian style to it. This is a serif typeface that you could easily picture in an old book.

Arial
This one is too commonly used for my taste. It's a sans serif, and it would essentially be a wonderful font if I didn't see it all over the place.

Times New Roman
I would assume that most people hate this font because it's what we have had to use on research papers for the past 4-5 years of our lives, but I actually think that the font is a very good choice. It's easy to understand why we use it for our papers; because it's serif and very easy to read.

Courier
This font is appealing to me because it reminds me of the old school typewriters. It, just like Times and Georgia is easy to read because it is serif, and I like how the letters are wider than most others that you see.
